We are committed to delivering your order safely and on time. Below is an overview of our shipping practices for customers in the contiguous United States.

 

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship only within the 48 contiguous United States.

We do not offer shipping to:
•    Alaska
•    Hawaii
•    U.S. Territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands)
•    APO/FPO/DPO or military addresses
•    PO Boxes

Orders placed with an unsupported address will be cancelled and refunded.

 

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays are processed the next business day.

 

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We ship using ground service from our fulfillment center in Wisconsin.

Estimated delivery time for the contiguous USA: 3 to 8 business days.

Delivery timelines may vary due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, peak-season volume or other unforeseen events.

All delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

 

Profile-Engraved or Custom Orders  

Certain markets may offer profile-engraved or other custom products. Where applicable, these orders require additional handling time.

If available, custom or profile-engraved orders may in some cases ship faster, but this is not guaranteed. In general, such orders ship within 1 to 2 weeks after payment confirmation and may be shipped separately from standard items.

 

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size and destination.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where required by law or when caused by our own fulfillment error.

 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details. 
Use the carrier’s website to follow your shipment’s status.

 

Shipping Restrictions

Please note the following:
•    We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that cannot be delivered to the provided address within the contiguous United States.
•    We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO or military addresses.
•    We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or U.S. territories.
•    We do not offer international shipping from this store.
•    Some oversized or restricted products may have additional limitations.

 

Lost, Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

Inspect your delivery promptly. If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us immediately at help@hultsbruk.com, so we can assist you with a replacement or other appropriate resolution.
