This Returns and Refunds Policy applies to all purchases made through the Hults Bruk online store operated by Hultafors Group North America, Inc, which is located at

By placing an order, you agree to this Policy.

1. RETURN WINDOW
You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order. Requests submitted after 30 days will not be eligible unless required by applicable law.
2. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
To qualify for a return:
- - The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
- - All original packaging, labels and accessories must be included.
- - You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
Hand-forged axes and tools may show natural variations in finish, handle grain, and forge marks. These variations are not considered defects and are not grounds for return.
3. HOW TO START A RETURN
Send an e-mail help@hultsbruk.com with your order number and reason for return.
If your return is approved, we will provide:
- - A return shipping label,
- - Instructions on how and where to send the item.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

4. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
Contact us right away if your item is:
- - defective,
- - damaged in transit, or
- - not the item you ordered.
We will evaluate and resolve the issue, which may include replacement, refund or another remedy as appropriate.
5. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following cannot be returned:
- - Custom or personalized products, including profile-engraved or logo-printed axes and accessories.
- - Gift cards.
- - Final sale items, if clearly marked as such.
- - Any item that shows signs of use, sharpening, wear or modification.
We do not accept returns for hazardous materials or products returned in unsafe condition.
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, contact us before returning it.
6. EXCHANGES
We do not process direct exchanges.
If you want a different product, return the original item (if eligible). Once the return is approved, place a new order separately.
7. REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.
If approved:
- - Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- - Processing usually takes up to 10 business days.
- - Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we confirmed approval, contact us at help@hultsbruk.com.
8. SHIPPING COSTS
Unless the return is due to an error on our part (defective or incorrect item), return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund or otherwise charged according to the instructions provided.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
9. ITEMS LOST OR DAMAGED IN RETURN TRANSIT
You are responsible for appropriately packaging the product for return shipment.
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during an unauthorized or self-arranged return shipment.
10. LEGAL RIGHTS
Nothing in this Policy limits any rights you may have under applicable U.S. consumer protection laws.
